3H, I wouldn't hold your breathe for directors to buy on market or for management to take a pay cut.
Personally I don't think either of these things is of a concern though. Things in this game take time and as we can all see theyb are on track to delvier what they said they would and on time.
But if the pay pack size and lack of directors buying is of a concern you can always voice your opinion at the AGM in May.
The tide is changing for NDO I feel.
