WDS would have insurance for such litigation..i think it may prove a difficult case , if you look at the whole global market over 18 months, you cant blame wds for delays in being awarded contracts, when they have tried to get infrastructure (which costs them holding costs) sitting idle).
Anyone have the exact complaint/complaints of mis representation??
