while the FIRB speculation is simply my gut feeling, Freehills who are one of Australias largest legal firms in dealing with international investments have the FIRB Boards Care Taker Mode listed on there website under "Legal Updates" which inturn for a company like RXL would quite easily translate into "Legal Tecnicalities that remain out of our control" ...... lol
charts very nice but not sure if it will go much further until funding issues are sorted....
