Mongolian Coal deal sounds as good as done from reading of the quarterly, and bringing in a coal expert to the board, so obviously a lot of people are watching it ready to buy in, and will start to buy at any sniff of action. (Thus the speedo last week)
It doesn't mean inside trading, just means everyone wants to make sure they don't miss the boat, and who knows what price it could go to with so few sellers on a really good deal being announced?
