I understand your question was pointed at investeagle,but if I may, I believe he is referring to a contract locked in to by a european aluminium recycler.
Unlike the US, landfilling of salt slag waste has been banned by a number of european governments for a number of years.
This therefore means these recycling companies had been forced to sign mid to long term contracts(up to 5 years)to pay these salt slag recyclers money to dispose of their toxic waste.
The beauty of our company is that these aluminium recyclers in europe will, instead of paying $ to get rid of their waste, they will be earning $.
The only issues are outstanding contracts and individual government procedures the company will have to deal with in their respective countries.
European expansion can not happen as fast as US/Canada.
