IMO we have one hurdle to get over. The election. Reports have been controversial and if Wade loses the election - will he concede?
Very bullish on AP in a JV . IMO they’ll commit to a JV but have an option to drill on the success of next door. However, FAR will receive some cash on such terms. Ophir echo's in my ears.
I would expect the players to wait out the elections and see how it plays out, before any ANN.
