This looks like accumulation - they soak everything available, before loading the bid and moving higher
500k+ now bid at 13.5c
Could also be the shorter trying to close out decent size lines
Either way, the sellers at 14.5/15c are doing them a favor for now by keeping it subdued. Once they get cleared out and some volatility returns to the upside, we should see their hand
