The really good news (not!!) is that Ramadan starts 29 June and finishes about 29 July and then Idul Fitri 2 to 3 days partying and then unofficial days off and straggling back to work and comatosed for the entire period. Then they have to remember where they were up to.
My bet is this coming week to clear the decks to allow a month of short days, sleeping, absences, etc. without annoying foreigners calling all the time asking when their project will be approved.
So next week or 6 weeks time.
