Notice Friday the quick sell down to flush out some players - recovered quick enough back to .14 cents. Then this morning before the trading halt announcement came out the sellers completely disappeared that were stacking the .145, .15 cents marks, etc. The so called manipulator seems to have known when the grant was coming through - perhaps my paranoia on a Monday?
