    Whilst it looks like trades are moving the right direction and quite possibly are being manipulated to the high side for the time being (both sales at .15 were for 222 shares only) we need to be mindful that only $45,000 worth of shares have been traded so far today.

    This hardly defines the act of an accumulator.
