Puzzled Monkey ......a cease fire at best. A little surprised by the lack of action today, so either the seller is done or the seller does not wish to lower the price any further.
The key for me is to watch for buyers stepping up. As most of this week the buyers only needed to wait on the bid, when they start to step up then some repair work to SP may begin.
