The volume was not that great, less that half a million shares, only about $20000. 10% deviations in small caps are relatively uncommon but not that surprising when the stock is thinly traded, which is NEU right now.
Right now I don't think it means anything. I personally believe that the company and its associates (medical staff etc) don't leak, but more importantly, I don't believe there is anything to leak anyway.
Let's see if there's any sort of sustained move before we start guessing. Certainly if it's a P&D it's the stingiest pump I've ever seen.
