NdPr generally circa 30% material content NdFeB but 85/99% of value.
Dragon executing 50% rise in NdFeB production next couple of years, but not stupid enough to allow rampant speculation to destroy demand as per clumsy effort 2010/11.
Every kg Lynas NdPr sold to China is 3kg LaCe they don't need to produce, but they capture several stages of value add to NdFeB.
