If you look back over the last annual report, all the board members have a fair amount of options that are in the money in November at .039c, so they wont want this to keep sliding backwards. Nathan has stopped his usual buying of shares, D+D is over, they have indicated they are elbow deep in some deal making.

The most defining thing however is the level of personal ownership in the account, unlike playing with other peoples money, this is their own and they will not want to take "just any deal" but one they know will work for them and their families futures. This is a big roll of a dice, so everyone will expect something good.
