I think there are going to be a lot of periods where you can accumulate before the listing actually takes place. I am leaning towards late Jan rather than December as the listing date due to it being holiday season, this being the case and the amount of paper work they would need to get in from Africa would be enormous and getting this done over holiday season in Europe and here would be very difficult.
I am very happy to accumulate over the next two months!
