Hi hear you Rogues - everyone is frustrated.

I think WMT will push the 4.7 mil in shares.
This would make the UK guys the top holder. This i think is the strategy!
They cant afford to dilute too much.
They dont care too much about howmany they issue but the value.

A top holder at a higher price would push the sp up..

Remeber also that they want more aquisitions in the future so they cant go issueing 100mil shares here and there or else they will have massive problems in the future. They have to take that in account now.

i guess in 120 days from now we can look back and see what the plan was..
