Further to what I was saying earlier, bumped into an old neighbour just this afternoon, that I recommended ATI to 3 years ago for chronic patellar tendinosis. His tendinopathy there completely cleared up, after failed physio and PRP prior. Back doing Muay Thai but now his achilles playing up and he is considering getting that done as well - its hard to not to be impressed by its efficacy if you are a patient.
Do keep us informed on your progress. ATI will hopefully save you from the dreaded 'Popeye' bicep if its an upper outer bicep head tear (or surgery):
