Very interesting discussion above, guys.
In my early 80s and as an active farmer, I’m further convinced that my morning regime of an early morning 2km jog over 12-13 minutes with the cattle and kangaroos, followed by a shower, rolled oats and lots of vitamins, esp C and cod liver oil, seems to be optimum in avoiding such painful problems….touch wood!
(And perhaps choosing my parents carefully, lol.)
