An interesting point could be at what price would buyers offer if there were no sellers.
There are currently only two sellers & after the shares on offer @ 60 cents are taken out, buyers will have to entice sellers with higher prices.
It should be reasonably obvious that after the expected FAA approval, the share price should be worth several dollars. On that basis, there should be only a few desperate sellers who would sell under a dollar. The all-time high of $2.99 will surely be taken out.
So, with a situation of no sellers, how high will buyers go before the sellers weaken.
I for one, will be looking for close to $6.00 before I would part with about 5% of my holding & would keep the rest for return of capital, followed by franked dividends once SMN starts paying tax.
