ELk have always struggled to get any JV's ,as parties just don't seem to see the value in our assets.
Even though on a percentage value it seems tough,i would rather see & percentage of something than a percentage of nothing...is what we have had up till now.
How much longer would we have to wait if we wanted a better deal?
