    I saw on SS that at least one insto/broker had upgraded OSH on the basis of recent discoveries in Egypt and Iraq and on the likelihood of an LNG development ... target price was $4.20. They were about to test the Egyptoian discoveries last Thursday .. so perhaps those results are spurring a run today.
