My read is that the market is expecting an imminent announcement on the commencement of drilling at Uvs. There may also be an element of belated recognition for this week's Shoemaker announcement.

I would like to see an increase in volumes before I am prepared to call a run on the SP. A stronger buy side is needed to absorb the sell orders that seem to emerge in the 20-21c range.
