My understanding is that the Priority One card is not a 'rewards card' at all but rather a cash/debit card with the incentive of "points" being given in the form of cash/credit on the card.
Last I heard, they were planning to bring it out as "Ezycash" or something similar as they are using the deal with Ezybonds to get it out worldwide. They weren't going to market the card with the P1 name attached but I can also see your point of brand confusion.

The ann yesterday said P1 was valued at >$273M. If this is a fair valuation by a large and independant accountancy firm, why would your figures come in any different?
