Yes I often wondered about that?the only thing I can think of, is that if the news is fantastic? then that may make people think twice about selling? I think you may find that that is the case?
I believe NRT would have thought through about every conceivable outcome before they made the offer of the six month oppies, because they want the money, simple as that I reckon.
