have a look in the "Second Quarter Activities & Cashflow Report , dated 31/01/2006" on page 9

"... During the Quarter the company held numerous discussions with the MME resulting in the re-submission
of Application for the inclusion of Nuclear Fuels. Unfortunately subsequent to the end of the Quarter the
Mining Commissioner advised the Company that the Honourable Minister of Mines and Energy, after
consultation and consideration had resolved not to grant the Nuclear Fuel rights. ..."

There is a very interesting statement on page 10 on that same report
"... Project Generation
During the quarter Company representatives began the evaluation of a significant mineral sands project
located on the west coast of Sri Lanka, which included a site visit in late November 2005. ..."

Let's wait and see what happens in the near future
