I think the best strategy for PAA would be to define to the market what they have completed to date, which is a lot. With Bio-techs sometimes laying out whats ahead, can easily take the focus from what has been accomplished to date.
Mind you by keeping the MC down it does make PAA look incredibly favourable for a buy out, easier to get 10 x $8.4m than 10 x $100m.
