You probably need to elaborate a little, have you been paying the interest which has been claimed in each FY or is the interest capitalized and the total loan will be paid for in full in the one FY.
Or are you wondering if you own the shares from when they went into the ELF from a tax perspective?
And therefore will only pay tax on 50% of the gain, which is the way I would go. I’m not an accountant so obviously you would need to clarify.
