Post completion, Dateline will hold 50% of the shares in FM, with 40% held by MW and 10% by a privateAustralian investor. The transaction is subject to additional due diligence and is expected to be completedwithin 45 days. If the transaction is successfully concluded as planned, first ore is expected to betransported to Lucky Strike by June 2023.
Maybe some news on this soon? I reckon they will be needing to use the loan money for the gold then maybe drill for REE when the cash flow begins. I dunno, speculating on a speculator.
