Feels all the more so with PEN being a 'real' company with excellent open and progressive management. Management that basically does what they say they will do, if anything under promising. I am sure you will understand the value in that after the other debacle ;)

This latest announcement has significant positive implications for PEN in Wyoming. No wonder they chose to publish and interpret it in relation to Lance.
