How about an ill or injured person in a country hospital not having to go to the city for specialist medical follow up . it can all be done via conference.

How about Royal flying doctor service having the opportunity to instantly see old xrays etc from a patients hospital records in order to make a diagnosis.

How about a sheep auction on web instead of sending all the sheep to the auction house.

And so much more that we cant even imagine yet.
