It's not insider trading ... the info was public ... insider trading would have been if a court employee was trading yesterday (for example).
'Villin' here is the NNTT (ie Federal Court). Ruane / RWD / ASX have all acted properly IMO. Redress very unlikely. Impossible to (for example) unwind trades.
On a positive note, Vayama, great to hear you were able to trade thru this sucessfully. :-/
On a more sombre note, MN (and others similar), chin up and move on. :-) One thing I've learned (after riding MAK the whole way up and most of the way down) is to keep positions in any one stock to a sensible percentage of my portfolio. Crazy things will and do happen. End of sermon.
