The sudden surge in volume on CNP - given this information - is a concern that some knew this before the rest of the market.
On the face of it, unless this decision was made in consultation with the bankers, after market close TODAY, it smells badly. Could not see this making the annual report in time of course if such was the case!
Directors need to explain this to all - given their recent statements that they knew of no possible cause for the recent price and volume rises.
It smells badly actually the more I think about it.
Most of us guessed that a new party would try something before the vote but we did not know if for a fact.
