    It seems to me that the SPP has actually livened OPL up somewhat with the increased liquidity delighting investors. Although not all brokers are allowing their clients to sell their stock at the moment, those SPP holders who are selling are seeing their stock easily absorbed. I bet the sucker who got closed out @ 34 cents yesterday is kicking him/herself. The market depth at the moment is superb.
