    BLY is now well above its 100 DMA (3.07) and if it can break and hold above its 200 DMA @ 3.20 we should have a good run up thereafter. The last time this happened in August 2009 we had a 50% run in the BLY price from $2 to $3. Improved outlook to be reported on 23 August may solidfy this...
