You've lost me kiwiboy. What is that chart supposed to show? I have practically made a living shorting BHP but am very uncertain of the current position.
Normally a rally to the h&s neckline would be a major reason to hock the house and short - but with a gap up? Forget it.
As I posted a while back, if a H&S fails to reach its target ($7.50 in this case) it's a very bullish sign of complete change of sentiment. I believe that may well have happened - with the market now looking away from USA and towards China, which is where it should be looking.
So if BHP goes higer -all bear calls are off and get on for the new oil/gas bonanza
I was fortunate enough to get a classic ricochet buy on 5000 WPL at 13.52 - so we'll see where that one goes.
