Yes it is..However...Triton can search for other funding with $8m in the kitty..That's years if they need it to be..Jinan will either want to press on with financing as everything indicates or put in a takeover offer because waiting for Triton to blow $8m in a holding action will see them miss the boat completely.
You watch..Financing will drop any day or week now..These posts just like the worries over mining concession will be in the wind replaced by boat conversation again.
