Many companies in China have employees working from home. They also have reliable internet, email services, and video chat forums like Skype (think a popular one is called Wechat). Plus companies can just pick up the phone and talk to TON.

There is government incentives to boost economy and could see a dozen new graphite projects get finance for mine construction sooner or later.
It still looks good for TON moving forward.
