With the financial functions of the board now taken over by Chinese people, who are in China, and the banning of flights, and the risk of virus spreading to Aussie directors. Last thing you need is your whole management team falling sick. I'm sure looking for finance will be effected, but the company will have policy in place for the virus to make sure they protect everybody by limiting contact.
