To be honest I don't know to much about Mozambique.
A true story Capriase: In late 2018 I was do work for a company in Madagascar, was talking to YXGC. But unfortunately Madagascar didn't meet YXGC. However, they did say that Mozambique sample meet their requirements and they were happy and showed me a sample of the rock.
Any company will need an excellent plan going forward and needs to work with the supplychain.. Trying to take over the world will just shoot themself and the rest in the foot.
To be honest I don't know to much about Mozambique. A true story...
