A good example:
Prior to BEM a Madagascar graphite play IPO. Nanhai Petroleum wanted to JV with them.. funding, offtake and etc. But BEM didnt agree and IPO it.. now doing their PFS.
Nanhai Petroleum than purchased the biggest graphite producer in Madagascar (Etablissement Gallois). Etablissement Gallois was a loss making graphite operation... However, Nanhai turned it into a profit making machine.
Anyhow, If the backer of Ton are keen.. Ton will be mining and joining the supplychain...
