It is hard to see reasons to delay finance. Any lawyers or finance employees that may be unwell due to coronavirus can be replaced.
Moreover, areas for scope of delay include JV and graphite sample assessment for other applications. Also, there could be a small delay if we need a signing ceremony in China. However, it could be not an issue if the signing ceremony is held in Mozambique. China has a strong presence in Africa. No problem unless there is a coronavirus, or ebola, or flu outbreak?
