Asking the chinese Government for money with a global pandemic possibly coning might not be a good idea from Jinans point of view with Chinese firms struggling to pay employees. But rest assured the Chinese will always always look forward to the future at the moment will they have to close more graphite factories as some wont be able to pay. The good news is Jinan is STATE Owned yes the Government own Jinan so IMO we are in the strongest position to be one first to get funding from the Chinese state. GLTA
