What it probably means is someone is manipulating the sp for pips.
what is probably means is these fluctuations of sp on minimal volume are an indication of absolutely nothing! Not a single movement has been based on credible information in relations to financing.
What is most certainly means is hold your nerve! Block out all the BS & sp manipulation! Focus on the fundamentals eg. Are all the boxes getting ticked? What is the companies cash position?
All I know is every box up to financing is ticked, the company is flush with cash & the last update said we are on the cusp of financing with a potential deal on the horizon in addition to financing with one China's largest graphite product manufacturers.
If I was concerned I'd call Peter or David, I have not because I am not.
