Peter will not spend the bulk of the roughly $8.5m Triton has in the kitty on long lead items until financing is signed, sealed & delivered.
This $8.5m is no longer a loan, it is now 100% Tritons cash on hand to use as they see fit..If Jinan try to starve Triton rather than proceed with financing I hope they have a deck chair, tent & esky.
It is now in Jinans interest to proceed with financing or a takeover, if a takeover why not straight after mining concession?
