Steve, let me tell you why the Chinese govt through Jinan and previously shandong and prior to that minjar are in ton. One simple reason. To block extra supply of graphite coming into china, and when the time comes and they need outside graphite they have a ready made project and can press go. You my friend need to be really patient, could take years or decades. Govts don't care amount making money, only securing future assets.
