I dont believe the Chinese are after a full takeover of ton. They have significant influence over ton through having all the financial directorships they wonted.
You would think smart people work at a big company like Jinan and if they want to take over ton on the cheap, all they need to do is extend the time to development of the graphite mine. With negative Cashflow, any future capraise will be at a reduced price. Especially if it's a rights issue. Jinan can underwrite the issue and get extra equity, because we know from previous rights issues ton shareholders don't participate. Jinan is in the box seat, your hear for the ride. It's going to be a rough ride
