So JHT have a choice, take over, or we going mining. As well other jvs re NW/ NH from the west.
A take over was never going to come from the west imo. The strategic need, is from he who needs, and is running out.
Yes he can now block a takeover by other, so that he has the exclusivity there.
Do you think he would like a takeover with or without Nicanda west and Nicanda hill thrown in ? or would he lose those if he waits, and if we sell those assets, or tie up JV agreements with others on them.
