What an unbelievable post. Peter has crossed all the t's when it comes to everything he has done. When Jinan came on board he got you shareholders to vote on it and you did give him unbelieverable support, 90+%. He commissioned a report in the fairness of the deal, which took time and money to do. The only criticism you can have on him, is he together with the rest of the board haven't bought shares in the company, that makes them professional managers. Not company supporting managers. Just a job for them, and thats the signal the market has got.
