I think Jinans 34% stake is due to not only wanting our expandable graphite but very possibly at a more controlled basket price. With the demand for expandable large flake to only increase we are more likely to see the premium prices of 2011 than a decrease at the basket.
I'm comfortable with Jinan recieving concessional prices on the market basket price provided it is equatable for all parties, you scratch my back now in challenging times i'll scratch your back in better.
