I think it's a great idea to put pressure on the company to maintain a high standard of information and updates. All of the matters you discuss are worthy of bringing to the attention of the company. I think it is great that you've gone to the effort of actually identifying the issues with them instead of just moaning

NTL may actually have enough capital to employ sufficient staff to keep these types of things up to date now, it will be interesting to see what comes of it.
